A: It’s a 25 minutes drive form the Phuket International Airport.

Q:How does one get to the hotel ?

A: Hotel’s airport limousine (provided by 3rd party) (max 3 person per car) to or from hotel at THB 950 net per way. Private minibus (max 6 person) to or from hotel at THB 1,300 net per way (all prices are subject to change without notice).

Q: What is the difference is for Deluxe Sea View Suite, Super Deluxe and Grand Deluxe Sea View Suite ? Size of suite?

A: The suite size of Deluxe Sea View, Super Deluxe Sea View and Grand Deluxe Sea View is the same, measuring up to 115 m2 of indoor and outdoor space,  boast exotic hardwood flooring and Ayara Hilltops signature oversize bathrooms finished in polished stone.  The difference of each suite is the view and location.  The higher on the hill the better the view and higher is the price. Super Deluxe and Grand Deluxe are located Higher on the hill. Deluxe is located half way on the hill.

Q: Do all room type have whirlpool ? Is it hot or cold water?

A: Eight types of room categories, they are Junior Garden View, Garden View, Courtyard, Courtyard Sea View, Deluxe Sea View, Grand Deluxe Sea View, Super Deluxe Sea View and Super Deluxe   Courtyard Sea View. The whirlpool are with room temperature water, great for cooling down after sunbathing on the suites/balconies/terraces.

Q: What time is check in and check out?

A: Check-in time is 3.00 pm (subject to suites availability for flights coming in early before check in time) extra charge may apply, Check-out time is 12 noon late check out up to 6 pm 50% of published rate base on availability

Q: Does the hotel do Currency Exchange?

A: Yes, we do.

Q: How many guests are allowed to stay in a suite?

A: Maximum 2 person per suite for Junior Garden View, Garden View, Courtyard, Courtyard Sea View and Hilltops Pool Villa. 2 Adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 2 children for Deluxe Sea View, Grand Deluxe Sea View, Super Deluxe Sea View and Super Deluxe Courtyard Sea View. No charge for children 12 years and under sharing room with adult(s) using existing bedding. Breakfast Extra 50% discount on meal rates (from adults) for children 12 years and under. No suites are available for 2 adults and 2 children.

Q: How far is beach from the hotel?

A: There is complementary  hotel buggy shuttle service to our reserved location on the beach available fro 11 am to 6 pm , about 2 minutes away or a gentle 5 minutes walk.

Q: How does one get to the Patong and Phuket Town?

A: The hotel’s contracted transport operated operators daily shuttle minivan to Patong and Phuket Town, Transportation distance to Patong beach is 15 minutes and to Phuket Town is 30 minutes (extra charge)

Q: Does Ayara Hilltops has a spa?

Q: Is hotel parking available?

A: Yes, it’s open air parking space.

Q: Do you have internet access and what is the cost?

A: Internet is available in our business center free of charge from 8 am to 8 pm. You can bring along your lap top (free wired internet access in your suite).
