Q: Which suites have outdoor pools?
A: Our premium suite type HILLTOPS POOL VILLA has a private infinity swimming pool measuring approximately 7m x 3m. All our other suites each have an unheated whirlpool tub outdoors, comfortable for 2, to dip in and out of when sunbathing on your patio terrace or a longer invigorating soak by day or under the stars at night as you please. There is also the resort swimming pool opened from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the main building.
Q: Do you offer room service?
A: Yes. In suite dining service is avalable from 07:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. It starts with breakfast which is available between 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Otherwise in suite dining is available until 10:30 p.m. with the last order taken by 10:30 p.m. There is a minimum charge of THB 200 per trip.
Q: Is guest vehicle parking available?
A: Yes, we have limited open-air parking spaces on the resort grounds available on a first-come-first-served basis at no charge to registered guest. The Resort Host at the front desk will need to know your vehicle registration plate when using the resort’s private parking.
Q: Do you have Internet access and what is the cost?
A: Yes, Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the resort free of charge. Additionally to access their email, guest may use one of the two public computers available in our business center from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily free of charge.
Q: Can we book tours at the resort?
A: We have a tour service desk operated by PHUKET ADVENTURES, who offer an interesting selection of local tours. Guests may book at the tour service desk at the resort upon arrival, fees apply. Meanwhile, do not hesitate to contact us directly if you wish more information, pre-book Phuket Adventure’s offered tours or arrange a special tour itinerary during your stay.
