1) BEST AVAILABLE RATE January 16th to December 17th

Reservations require a valid credit card guarantee

Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy

- 5% Deposit of the entire amount of the stay
- Credit card authorization  guarantee will be asked at time of reservation  
- For cancellation received by email by the hotel we will apply a minimum 5% of the entire amount of the stay for administration fees.
- For cancellation received by email by the hotel less than 1 day prior to 3 p.m. one night will be charged.
- No show, the reservation is non amendable, canceled and the entire amount of the booking shall be charged to guarantee credit card.
- No rate type changes allowed , the 5% deposit will be forfeited. New reservation will need to be done.
- Remaining amount due on arrival day.

- Tempting buy, Tempting buy minimum night stay , non refundable, amendable only in the same booking period and subject to any rates adjustment.

4) BEST AVAILABLE PEAK

- 18 December 2012 to 15 January 2013
- 5% Deposit of the entire amount of the stay
 - Credit card authorization  will be asked at time of reservation  
- Minimum  nights stay required  
- For cancellations received by email by the hotel 45 days prior to 3 pm. on arrival date, the 5% deposit will be forfeited  for administration fee.
- 45 days prior to arrival the remaining 95% will be charged
- After full pre payment no refunds.
- Amendable only in the same booking period and subject to any rates adjustment.
- No rate type changes allowed , the 5% deposit will be forfeited. New reservation will need to be done.
- No show, the reservation is canceled and the entire amount of the booking shall be retained.

• Check in time : 1500 hrs Check out time : 1200 noon.
• Room rates subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% VAT and 1% Provincial Tax.

• No Children 12 years old and under allowed in the resort.
• Children 13 years and older allowed in a separate suite only.
• Free in suite Internet.
• No pets.
• Early check out or changes made after check in, no refunds.
• Minimum nights stay  required for the period December18th to January 15th .
• Minimum 3 nights stay from 20 to 25th January 2012, 6 to 15th  April 2012.
