Check-in time: 15:00 [3 :00p.m] Early Check In is subject to additional charge and availability , pre payment required.
Checkout time: 12:00 [Noon] Late checkout (up to 4:00 p.m.) cost up to 20%, ] Late checkout (up to 8:00 p.m.) cost up to 40% charge of the daily hotel internet rate on that morning is subject to additional charge and availability, which can only be confirmed on the morning of your checkout day.
Rates are room only, In suite breakfast NOT available, Local continental breakfast can be served at the restaurant additional charge (300 THB net per person) served from 8.00 am to 11.00 am pre booked and pre-paid necessary.
Reception desk is opened From 8 to 5 pm.
Security is available 24 hours a day.
Hotel Private Pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm no life guard on duty. No food and beverage service. Chair Towel Umbrella provided. No outside guests allowed.
Transportation only available from 3rd party SHA Plus Certification( fees apply )

Our suite rates allow for maximum occupancy of two persons per bedroom in any suite without exception. Any occupant in our suites must be registered as a resort guest as mandated by Thailand’s hotel license regulations.
‘Adults & Young Adults only 16+’ in a separate suite This suite occupancy limitation may be stipulated for certain reservations at the resort from time to time.
Children: We are primarily an “Adults Only” resort. So we do not accept any reservation request that includes children under the age of 16 for accommodation in any of our suites.
The Hotel Caters to couples therefore Twin beds: This bed option is offered in certain suites, but availability is not guaranteed.
Extra beds: Not offered
Infant cots: Not offered
Third person or more occupancy in any one bedroom suite, of adult or child of any age: Not offered
Pets: Not allowed
“No Parties” and Other Policies:
“No Parties” Policy: To ensure that all our guests experience the tranquility and security they expect during their stay with us, please be advised that the creation of excessive noise or disturbance (such as loud, in suite parties; more than two registered occupants per bedroom in a suite; etc.) is prohibited anywhere on the property. To enforce this policy, Ayara Hilltops reserves the right to eject from the property any person(s) found contravening this policy. In the case where any such person is a registered guest, the resort reserves the right to summarily and immediately cancel their reservation and any deposit on account shall be forfeited.
“No Parties” Policy
The hotel caters to couples looking for tranquility.
Our facility does not cater for functions. No music allowed at the pool.
In circumstances where our terms and conditions are disregarded, the resort reserves the right at any time to refuse or immediately cancel a reservation and any deposit on account will be forfeited, should any one or more of, but not limited to, the following occur:
- If it is disclosed that more than two persons wish to or have occupied a bedroom in any of our suites. Strictly our suite rates allow for accommodation of one person per bedroom and the second person sharing the same bedroom does not incur any extra charge. We do not offer accommodating a third person or allow more occupancy than two per bedroom in any suite. Maximum occupancy per suite depends on the number of bedrooms within the suite type. We do not offer extra beds or infant cots in any of our suites.
- If upon check-in, the age recorded on guest passport declares that the age of one of the two registered guests in a bedroom in any suite is less than 16 years of age. We do not offer reservations for infants or children below 16 years old in any of our suites. If upon check-in, it is disclosed that the reservation is to be claimed for accommodation of guests with names that do not exactly match at least one of the names provided at time of reservation. Any change of such name must be informed to the resort prior to check-in. A copy of the resort’s acceptance of the name change will be required upon check-in.
